Amendments to Terms
mnl68 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
- "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the mnl68 platform at mnl68.vip, operating under PAGCOR regulatory oversight.
- "Platform" refers to the mnl68 website accessible at mnl68.vip and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces, including all games, services, content, and features offered therein.
- "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the mnl68 Platform in any capacity.
- "Account" refers to the registered player account created by the Player on the mnl68 Platform.
- "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player using a permitted Philippine payment method (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Union Bank) and held in the Player's mnl68 wallet for the purpose of gameplay.
- "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free-play funds, or any other non-deposited funds credited to a Player's account under a promotional offer. Bonus Balance is subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance is permitted.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the total aggregate wager amount a Player must place using qualifying games before Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the original bonus amount.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process conducted by mnl68 in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements, requiring Players to submit valid government-issued identity documents.
- "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for the licensing and regulation of gaming operations in the Philippines.
- "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines, in which all transactions on the mnl68 Platform are denominated.
- "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering obligations as defined under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001), as amended.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the mnl68 Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the mnl68 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the mnl68 Platform and may not register or maintain an account.

Eligibility
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the mnl68 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously and on a continuing basis:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and is non-negotiable. Providing a false date of birth during registration constitutes fraudulent misrepresentation and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any accumulated winnings.
- Residency: You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines and be physically located within Philippine territory at the time of each login session and transaction.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who are under legal guardianship, have been declared legally incompetent, or are otherwise legally incapacitated may not register.
- Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of mnl68 or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiary companies, or technology partners. You must not be a current employee of PAGCOR.
- Single Account: You must not currently hold any other active or suspended mnl68 account. Only one account per natural person, household, IP address, or shared device is permitted.
- Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable law. Players from restricted territories are ineligible regardless of their Philippine residency status.
mnl68 reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by mnl68 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Account Registration
To access real-money gaming services on the mnl68 Platform, you must complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:
4.1 Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine identification, your valid Philippine mobile number, your valid email address, and your date of birth. mnl68 is entitled to rely on the information provided at registration and will not be liable for any error or consequence arising from a Player's submission of inaccurate information.
4.2 One Account Policy
Each natural person is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the mnl68 Platform. The existence of multiple accounts — whether created intentionally or as a result of system error — constitutes a breach of these Terms. mnl68 will close all duplicate accounts and, at its sole discretion, may forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts.
4.3 Account Verification (KYC)
mnl68 operates a risk-based KYC verification program. All Players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. The following documents are accepted for Philippine resident verification:
- Philippine System (PhilSys) National ID
- Philippine Passport (current, valid)
- Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
- Social Security System (SSS) UMID Card
- Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Professional ID
- Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Voter's ID
Submitted documents must be in colour, clearly legible, unexpired, and unaltered. Blurred, cropped, or digitally modified documents will be rejected. mnl68 may request additional supporting documentation (e.g., proof of address, source of funds declaration) in accordance with AML obligations under RA 9160.
4.4 Account Closure by Player
Players may request the closure of their mnl68 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. All pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed subject to standard KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mnl68 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorised them.
You agree to: (a) select a strong and unique password that is not shared with any other online service; (b) not disclose your password, OTP codes, or any authentication credentials to any third party, including mnl68 customer support agents, who will never request your full password; (c) immediately notify mnl68 upon discovery of any unauthorized access to your account; and (d) ensure that you fully log out from the Platform at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
Security notice: mnl68 will never ask for your account password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any party claiming to be mnl68 support and requesting your login credentials is engaging in phishing. Report any such contact to [email protected] immediately.
mnl68 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials or your failure to comply with your security obligations under this Section.

All transactions on the mnl68 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

6.1 Deposit Conditions
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funding your account using a payment method belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. mnl68 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and return funds to their source if it is determined that a deposit was made using a third-party payment method.
mnl68 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees — please consult your GCash or bank terms for applicable charges. mnl68 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.
6.2 Declined Transactions
If a deposit transaction is declined, mnl68 recommends verifying that your payment account has sufficient funds, that your GCash wallet's daily transaction limit has not been reached, and that the payment method is not subject to any restriction by your financial institution. mnl68 is not responsible for transaction failures originating from your payment provider's systems.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal of Real Money Balance from your mnl68 account is subject to the following conditions:
7.1 KYC Completion Requirement
Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals are processed automatically for verified accounts, subject to standard AML monitoring thresholds. Accounts that trigger enhanced due diligence reviews may experience processing delays while additional documentation is requested.
7.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though large withdrawals may require enhanced documentation under AML obligations.
7.3 Processing Timeframes
Withdrawal requests to Philippine e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within 3–10 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or Union Bank typically process within 1–3 business hours. Processing may be delayed during system maintenance windows or public holidays.
7.4 Withdrawal Limitations Arising from Bonus Activity
Funds derived from Bonus Balance that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. If a Player withdraws while an active bonus is in progress, the bonus and any associated winnings derived from the bonus wagering will be forfeited. Real Money Balance that has not been co-mingled with active bonus wagering remains withdrawable at any time.
7.5 Refused or Withheld Withdrawals
mnl68 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal in the following circumstances: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) the withdrawal is subject to an ongoing AML investigation; (c) the account is under review for suspected bonus abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms; (d) the Player's account has been self-excluded or suspended. In all such cases, mnl68 will communicate the reason for the hold to the Player within a reasonable timeframe.
Bonuses & Promotions
mnl68 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant offer communication, as well as the following general conditions:
8.1 General Bonus Terms
- All bonuses are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the specific offer terms. Uncompleted bonus requirements will expire and the associated Bonus Balance will be forfeited at the end of the validity period.
- Wagering contributions vary by game category. Live casino table games and standard slots contribute at different rates. The specific contribution rates for each game category are stated in each offer's terms.
- mnl68 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time with notice to affected Players.
8.2 Welcome Bonus
The welcome bonus is available only to new registered Players making their first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per shared IP address, and per payment method. Existing Players who create a second account for the purpose of claiming the welcome bonus again are in breach of the One Account Policy under Section 4.2, and all accounts and balances will be closed.
8.3 Bonus Abuse
mnl68 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk of loss; coordinated wagering between multiple accounts; and use of software or scripts to place wagers. Where bonus abuse is identified, mnl68 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the Player's account, and withhold withdrawal of any balance pending investigation.
Wagering requirement reminder: Before accepting any bonus at mnl68, read the specific offer terms carefully. Wagering requirements determine how much you must wager before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. If in doubt, contact the support team for a plain-language explanation before accepting.
Gaming Rules
All games offered on the mnl68 Platform are operated in accordance with the rules published by the respective game studios. Players are responsible for understanding the rules and return-to-player (RTP) figures applicable to each game before placing a wager.
9.1 Game Outcomes and Fairness
All games on the mnl68 Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer mechanics that have been independently tested and certified by approved third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined in real time and mnl68 does not have the ability to influence the outcome of any certified game in progress.
9.2 Disconnection During Gameplay
In the event of a disconnection during a game session, the mnl68 system will attempt to complete the round according to the standard game logic applicable to the game in progress. For live dealer games, the result of the hand or round will be determined and logged by the live dealer system regardless of the Player's connection status. mnl68 is not liable for losses arising from disconnection events caused by factors outside its direct infrastructure, including Philippine ISP outages, mobile network drops, or the Player's own device or connection failures.
9.3 Malfunction and Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction that materially affects the outcome of a game, mnl68 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and refund the Player's stake for that round. Malfunction voids all pays and play. mnl68 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from a technical error or system malfunction.
9.4 Currency and Bets
All bets are placed and settled in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and table are displayed within the game interface before a wager is placed. By placing a bet, the Player acknowledges acceptance of the applicable betting limits.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mnl68 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reporting to PAGCOR, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
- Registering while under 21 years of age or providing false age information at registration or during KYC verification.
- Operating more than one mnl68 account simultaneously or registering a new account following a prior account closure.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, as prohibited under RA 9160.
- Using any form of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or system feature. Identified bugs must be reported to mnl68 support immediately. Any winnings derived from an exploited bug may be voided.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including communicating hand or card information in live dealer games through any channel.
- Accessing the Platform through a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other means of circumventing geographic restrictions.
- Sharing account access with any third party for any reason, including sharing login credentials with a family member or friend to place wagers on your behalf.
- Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction with your payment provider without first contacting mnl68 to resolve the matter. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and legal action to recover any loss.
Responsible Gaming
mnl68 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment in compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming standards. The Platform makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered Players:
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set or reduced by the Player at any time via Account Settings. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined time period. Loss limits take effect immediately and may only be reduced, not increased, during an active limit period.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for each gaming session. An alert will be displayed when the session limit is approaching, and the session will be terminated when the limit is reached.
- Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the Player's session duration and net win/loss position may be configured by the Player in Account Settings.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may self-exclude for a minimum period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, the account is suspended and the Player may not access any real-money features. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission.

Intellectual Property
All content on the mnl68 Platform, including but not limited to the mnl68 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, audio, and video content, is the exclusive intellectual property of mnl68 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform for any commercial purpose; scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform; or use the mnl68 brand name or trademarks without prior written authorisation.
Any unauthorised use of mnl68 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mnl68 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the mnl68 Platform or any game thereon;
- Any technical failure, interruption, or error in the Platform, including server downtime, network failures, or data loss;
- Any loss of profits, winnings, deposits, or other financial loss arising from gameplay outcomes, whether the games operate as expected or not;
- Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;
- Any failure or delay by a third-party payment provider in processing a deposit or withdrawal transaction;
- Any reliance on information, content, or promotional material published on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit mnl68's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without reference to its conflict of law provisions.
14.1 Internal Complaints Process
Any dispute, complaint, or claim relating to your account or the Platform must first be submitted to the mnl68 customer support team. mnl68 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within two (2) business days and will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. You will be notified in writing if additional time is required.
14.2 PAGCOR Escalation
If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which has jurisdiction over licensed gaming operators in the Philippines. mnl68 fully cooperates with all PAGCOR investigations and dispute resolution proceedings.
14.3 Jurisdiction
For any dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
